PURPOSE: To collect a liquid and to hold a tubular body by a stand in a state that it is erected immediately after the liquid collection is ended by installing successively the tubular body such as a liquid collecting tube in a holder with a holding jig without holding the holder with a hand or without placing it on a working table.
CONSTITUTION: First of all, a collar part 4a of a holder 4 of a blood collecting appliance is held by a holding jig 5, and thereafter, a cap for covering a piercing needle of a needle 14 with a blade is detached, and in a state as it is, the piercing needle is pierced into a vein of a person whose blood is collected, and in its position, the needle 14 with a blade is fixed with a fixing blade 17. Thereafter, when a vacuum blood collecting tube 2 is taken from a liquid collecting tube stand 1 with a holder holding implement, and the vacuum blood collecting tube 2 is fitted in the holder held by the holding implement 5, the needle 14 with a blade and the vacuum blood collecting tube 2 communicate with each other through a communicating needle, therefore, from the vein, blood is collected into the vacuum blood collecting tube 2 through the needle 14 with a blade and the communicating needle. After the blood collection is ended, the vacuum blood collecting tube 2 is removed from the holder 4, and the vacuum blood collecting tube 2 is erected in the liquid collecting tube stand 1 with a holder holding jig.
