Abstract:
To provide a method for accurately forming a structure forming a narrow channel of a charged particle radiation container.SOLUTION: There is provided a production method of a liquid container for storing a liquid metal to which charged particle ray with high energy is radiated. The liquid container is configured so that a tip part to which the charged particle ray is radiated is a narrow channel Vg for circulating the liquid metal between a tip inner wall 29 and a tip outer wall 30, the tip inner wall 29 and the tip outer wall 30 form an opening of the narrow channel Vg on a rear end side by jointing a part of inside of the tip outer wall 30 and a part of a rear end 29b of the tip inner wall 29 by weld. The production method comprises: a step for forming a first plane 31A on a same plane on a part of the rear end 29b of the tip inner wall 29; a step for forming a second plane 31B abutting to the first plane 31A on a part of inside of the tip outer wall 30 from an inside surface 30a of the tip outer wall 30 on a same plane through a step 31Ba; and a step for jointing an abutting part of the first plane 31A and the second plane 31B by weld.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
