A kerosene container 50 is hung from a container supporting member 10 which is provided on the side surface of an upper part of a main column 4. A movable table 31 slides on rails 29, 30 being bridged on subsidiary columns 27, 28. On the movable table 31, a holder supporting part 36 to support a nozzle holder 40 which detachably holds a refueling nozzle 50 of kerosene, in such a manner that the nozzle holder 40 can be rotated in the longitudinal direction, and can advance/retract in the longitudinal direction, is provided. A nozzle position adjusting part is provided on the holder support part 36, and the position of the refueling nozzle 50 can be adjusted by the nozzle position adjusting part. A refueling is performed by inserting a nozzle 51 of the refueling nozzle 50 into the kerosene container 60 being hung from the container supporting member 10. During the refueling, a worker can perform some other work. Also, a bag 90 can be placed from the bottom side of the kerosene container 60 being hung from the container supporting member 10 after the completion of the refueling, and a work to place the kerosene container 60 in the bag 90 becomes easier.
