PURPOSE: To provide a cooling container excellent in the adaptability against the shape and size of a refrigerated material or a refrigerated part and the characteristic thereof to be easily handled.

CONSTITUTION: A cooling container formed by two resin sheets of 3, 5 mutually superposed with each other is constituted of a liquid sheet 1 which is provided with superposed zones 7 where resin sheets are partly welded, a plurality of liquid container chambers 9 hermetically enclosed by heat-sealing at the superposed zone, paths connecting the liquid container chambers to each other and sealing zones to seal up the paths. A plurality of bulges 10 are formed on the sheet by the liquid containing chambers and a liquid which can be frozen is contained in the liquid containing chambers.
