Liquid control equipment 100 is equipped with a valve V having a first port 10 and a second part 12, a first conduit line 30 connected to the first port 10, a second conduit line 32 connected to the second port 12, and an air chamber 90 which communicates with the first conduit line 30 and where at least a part is disposed at the higher position than the first conduit line 30. The valve V comprises a first chamber 20 communicating with the first port 10, a second chamber 22 communicating with the second port 12, a valve seat 40 disposed between the first chamber 20 and the second chamber 22, and a valve element 50 which separates the first chamber 20 and the second chamber 22 by being moved so as to be abutted on the valve seat 40, and communicates the first chamber 20 and the second chamber 22 by being driven toward the first chamber 20 interior.
