Abstract:
The invention provides a liquid-cooled cooling device and manufacturing method thereof with easy assembling and high strength. A cooling liquid circulated device of the liquid-cooled cooling device is formed by the aluminum compressive material formed by the JIS A6000 alloy with the temper of T5. A catch box with an aluminum entrance is brazed on one end of the inlet part of the cooling liquid circulated device, a catch box with an aluminum exit is brazed on one end of the outlet part of the cooling liquid circulated device, and a catch box with an aluminum middle section is brazed on the other end of the cooling liquid circulated device. Three catch boxes include gaps and outwards flanges, the gap of the entrance catch box communicates with all the inlet passages, and the circumferential of the outwards flange protrudes outwards than one end of the inlet part. The gap of the exit catch box communicates with all the outlet passages, and the circumferential of the outwards flange protrudes outwards than one end of the outlet part. The gap of the middle catch box communicates with all the inlet and outlet passages, and the circumferential of the outwards flange protrudes outwards than the circumferential of the other end.
