Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make improvements in assembling accuracy by forming a final lens into a stepped form, fixing this stepped part to a spacer of a liquid cooling part with a plate lens holder, and fitting a lens barrel in a cylindrical part of this find lens, while attaching it to the top of the plate lens holder directly. CONSTITUTION:One side surface 26a of a plate lens holder 26 comes into contact with a perpendicular 22c to a lens optical axis in a stepped part of a final lens 22 and a reference plane 28A of a spacer 25, and the final lens 22 is fixed pinchably between the plate lens holder 26 and the spacer 25. On the other hand, a lens barrel 23 is directly fitted in a cylindrical part 27B of the final lens 22 and a clamp surface of the lens barrel 23 abuts on the other surface 26b of the plate lens holder 26 and fixed thereto. In brief, the spacer 25 of a cooling part, the final lens 22 and the lens barrel 23 are substantially mounted on the same surface with one another via the plate lens holder 26. Consequently, mutual optic axial slippage, inclination, misregistration or the like are checked, so that a liquid cooling type cathode-ray tube can be assembled in a highly accurate manner.
