PURPOSE: To dry an applying liquid adhering to a comb body and to obviate such an evil effect as the head skin and the borders of the hair are soiled by the comb body in the case of reuse by allowing a space for surrounding the comb body to ventilate to the outside of a cap.
CONSTITUTION: A cap 4 is fitted and attached to a shaft drum 2, while covering an applying body 1 and a comb body 3 by setting the comb body 3 to a drawn-in state. Also, on the inner part of the inside surface of the cap 4, a seal part 5 which comes into contact airtightly with a stepped part 11 provided on the outside surface part of the upper end of an applying body containing cylindrical part 8 is provided. By this seal part 5, the inside of the cap is divided into an applying body surrounding space 21 and a comb body surrounding space 6, and the applying body surrounding space 21 is made narrow, and also, becomes a tightly closed state. However, between the inside surface of the opening end of the cap 4 and the outside surface of the comb body 3 of its inside, a ventilation passage 22 is provided, and the comb body surrounding space 6 is allowed to communicate with the outside of the cap and thus to be ventilated.
