PURPOSE: To provide a watch of high accuracy regarding time display and suitable for the thin type model for allowing the whole surface of the liquid crystal panel illuminated by a method wherein two pieces of crystal oscillating material are arranged at the opposed two sides of a panel in order not to overlap the liquid crystal panel.
CONSTITUTION: The height of the liquid crystal panel 3 is decided by the panel guide frame projecting part 4a and the panel 3 is fixed with the setscrew 40 through the panel cap 6. The height of the projecting part 7a of the electroluminescence member 7 is decided by the panel guide frame groove 4b and the terminal 7b is clamped to the lead plate 8. The crystal oscillating material 13 and 14 are made to slip off the panel 3 and fitted on the circuit substrate 9 by means of the cushion 26, and further, the conductive rubber 5 is arranged between the oscillating material 13 and the member 7. As a result thereof, the whole surface of the panel 3 is illuminated with the lighting of the member 7, the synchronous phenomenon is obstructed by separating two pieces of crystal oscillating material each other, thus, noise is prevented by means of the conductive rubber 5, the time accuracy is secured and a thin type watch is obtained.
