Abstract:
To provide a liquid crystal display device which has a minimum distance between a light guide plate and multiple LEDs and achieves high uniformity.
A liquid crystal display device includes: a TFT substrate; a back light unit disposed below the TFT substrate; and LEDs attached to an FPC substrate connected with the TFT substrate. In the liquid crystal display device, the back light unit includes a light guide plate 106. On the FPC substrate 110, an opening 114 is provided at a position where a light emitting surface end part 213 of the LED 113 and a side surface end part 206 of the light guide plate 106 are disposed.
