Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove voltage variation of an OFF-setting power source due to an influence of a load current.
SOLUTION: Constitution wherein the voltage of the OFF setting power source VGL turning OFF a thin-film transistor varies according to the change of the voltage of a VCOM is equipped with a 3rd capacitor C3 where the output of a voltage follower 16 is led to one terminal and VGL is outputted from the other terminal and a 3rd voltage dividing circuit 13 which applies the center voltage of the VGL to the other terminal of the 3rd capacitor C3, and a bias voltage applied to an input terminal 151 of a DC amplifying circuit 15 by a 1st voltage dividing circuit 11 is set to a voltage within a range wherein the output impedance of the voltage follower 16 is not raised even when the voltage outputted from the voltage follower 16 is one of two kinds of voltages.
