Title:
LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH04181226
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To accurately address an inputted image on a photoconductor layer and to obtain an image without distortion by using an X-Y matrix to control the inputted two-dimensional image. CONSTITUTION:A thin film transistor TFT 101 is used as the X-Y matrix to drive a liquid crystal body 102. Light emitted from a light source for writing is modulated in picture element units based on an inputted driving signal when it passes through a control board 200 where the TFT 101 is set. The formed two-dimensional image is addressed while the positional relation of each picture element is held, and the two-dimensional image is formed at the accurate position on the photoconductor layer 300 of a liquid crystal display body 400. Thus, the position of the matrix is fixed in a liquid crystal layer 301 by using the TFT 101 to control the inputted two-dimensional image. Then, the address to the photoconductor layer 300 is accurately and easily performed and the image without the distortion is obtained.
