Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide the structure of a contact part enabling easy production of a liq. crystal display device while using a material lacking in chemical stability in order to increase the precision and area of display. CONSTITUTION:A 1st metal wiring 101, a 2nd metal wiring 104, an insulating layer 102 and a 3rd metal wiring 105 are successively laminated on an insulating substrate 106. A contact hole in the insulating layer 102 is allowed to pierce through the 2nd metal wiring 104. The 1st metal wiring 101, the 2nd metal wiring 104 and the 3rd metal wiring 105 are electrically connected.
