PURPOSE: To suppress generation of a panel gap failure, to scarcely generate peeling-off, etc., and also, to enhance an effective numerical aperture, and to obtain high definition, high quality and high reliability by fixing a color filter and a liquid crystal panel with an ultraviolet ray hardening type adhesive agent.

CONSTITUTION: On a liquid crystal panel 3 having plural picture elements, an ultraviolet hardening type adhesive agent layer 4, a color filter, and a micro- lens array 1 having plural micro-lenses for condensing light to each of plural picture elements of the liquid crystal panel 3 are provided. The liquid crystal panel 3 is constituted by enclosing a liquid crystal being a display medium between a pair of glass substrates, and on one liquid crystal side of a pair of glass substrates, a black mask is formed. Also, the color filter 2 fixed to the liquid crystal panel 3 with an ultraviolet ray hardening type adhesive agent is formed so as to cover the whole surface of the liquid crystal panel side of the micro-lens array 1. Accordingly, since the adhesive agent is irradiated roughly uniformly with light, the adhesive agent is hardened uniformly with respect to the liquid crystal panel 3.
