PURPOSE: To easily and precisely produce a terminal part by fitting electrode terminals to the sealing part of one base plate and window-like opening parts to the sealing part of the other base plate respectively and inserting conductive rubber electrically connected to said electrode terminals into the opening parts.
CONSTITUTION: Windows 10 are died out from one base plate 2 out of two base plates 1, 2. The electrodes of the base plate 2 are connected to the base plate 1 and all the electrode terminals 5 are taken out from the windows 10. The upper and lower base plates are adhered with an adhesive agent at their periphery of the window parts. A press-contacting type interconnector 6 is cut out so as to be inserted into the window part and then inserted. The interconnector 6 having about 0.3mm sheat thickness is an anisotropic pressure sensitive conductor obtained by embedding a conductor into sponge rubber. A socket 7 is fastened to an outer frame 11 to fix said elements with screws to electrically connect the electrode terminals with metallic pins 8.
