Abstract:
To provide a high degree of reliability of connection even in connections of electrodes of the same form having a more minute area by controlling misregistration of each minute pitch electrode, and controlling unevenness of the capture rate of conductive particles in each unit of the connection electrodes, in ACF connection between leader electrodes having a minute area and conductors for supplying external power source and signals, in a high- definition liquid crystal display device.
Dams 35 are formed between adjacent leader wirings 34. These dams 35 are formed in the same process at that of a polymer layer for mounting display electrodes thereon, in a polymer-film-on-array type liquid crystal display.
