Abstract:
PURPOSE:To facilitate a checking of full lighting by previously forming a pattern of electrodes for checking full lighting which commonly conduct the terminal parts corresponding to electrodes in the position off the substrate disconnection position. CONSTITUTION:The pattern 14 of the electrodes for checking the full lighting which conduct N-pieces of the terminal parts 51-5N corresponding to the transparent electrodes 41-4N formed on a substrate 3 is formed from the beginning. The pattern 14 is formed in the position off the region where the substrate 3 is disconnected. The pattern 14 part can, therefore, be disconnected and removed from the electrode 41-4N side by disconnecting the substrate at the time of packaging and connecting the panel to a driving circuit board. The checking of the full lighting is thereby rapidly and easily executed without requiring a special treatment such as coating of conductive paste.
