To provide a liquid crystal driving circuit of small power consumption for display of image data.
The liquid crystal driving circuit 1 includes a memory 11 which has bit lines B1 to Bm and word lines W1 to Wn corresponding to data lines D1 to Dm and scan lines L1 to Ln respectively and stores image to be displayed on a liquid crystal display device 100, a display control circuit 12 which selects a bit line and a word line to output image data from the memory 11 according to an arrangement position of a liquid crystal pixel of the liquid crystal display device 1000 to a scan line designated for image display, and a bit line output control circuit 13 connected to the bit lines of the memory 11 respectively and outputs data of the bit line selected by the display control circuit 12 to a data signal line of the liquid crystal display device 1000.
