Abstract:
To provide a liquid crystal image screen having an improved back light, particularly, an improved light source, by avoiding defects in the new technology.
The liquid crystal image screen is provided with a backlight system which comprises at least one gas discharge lamp having an discharge tube and at least one capacitive coupling means with a dielectric material having the composition [A'a1n1+A"a2n2+...An'annn+] [B'b1m1+B"b2m2+...Bm'bmmn+]. The cation A'a1n1+A"a2n2+...An'annn+ and the cation Bb1m1+B"b2m2+...Bm'bmmn+ comprise the cations chosen from the specific group, respectively.
