Abstract:
To provide a low-resistance liquid crystalline compound stabilizing electroconductivity over a long period and a low-voltage-driven liquid crystalline organic semiconductor with high reliability using the liquid crystalline compound.
The liquid crystalline organic semiconductor has at least ≥2 electrodes. The liquid crystalline organic semiconductor has constitution formed mainly of an aromatic tertiary amine compound represented by any one of general formula (1), general formula (2) or general formula (3) as at least one component in a liquid crystal layer.
