To provide a liquid delivering apparatus which can uniformly a plurality of heads, and also to provide an image forming apparatus, and a cooling unit for the heads.

The cooling unit 1 for the heads, which cools a plurality of liquid delivering heads 2 is equipped with: a plurality of heat receiving members 11A and 11B respectively thermally connected to a plurality of the liquid delivering heads 2; a heat radiating member 12 connected to each of the heat receiving members 11A and 11B; a plurality of liquid driving means 13A and 13B comprised of pumps which are connected to each of the heat receiving members 11A and 11B to circulate a coolant liquid; a buffer tank 14 which is connected between the heat radiating member 12 and a plurality of the liquid driving means 13A and 13B and stores the coolant liquid; and piping members which connect the heat receiving members 11A and 11B, the heat radiating means 12, the liquid driving means 13A and 13B and the buffer tank 14 each other.
