Title:
LIQUID DELIVERY DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2001159393
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To suppress the occurrence of a state resulting in an operating failure by the sticking of dried-solidified liquid even in the case of delivering liquid solidified by drying.

Water soap in a tank is sucked from a suction port 60 of a geared pump 15, discharged from a discharge port 61 through a suction passage 72, a pump chamber with a gear 65 disposed therein, and a discharge passage 75, and delivered upward by means of a tube connected to the discharge port 61. The height of the suction port 60 is higher than the pump chamber 68. When the residual quantity of water soap decreases and the water level in the suction passage 72 is lower than H2, the bite of air is generated, and discharge pressure is lowered to cause a delivery failure of water soap. At this time, if the geared pump 15 is stopped, water soap in the tube is returned into the geared pump 15 to fill the pump chamber with water soap. The gear 65 and the like are thereby prevented from being dried.
