PURPOSE: To provide a compact gas removing device by a method wherein gas in a pump chamber is caused to flow through a collective through-hole of the central axis part of a stationary shaft after the flow through the radially extending first communication hole of a rotor part, and discharged for removal through the radially extending second communicating hole of a stationary shaft and a rotary shaft in a gas and liquid treating chamber.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of first communicating holes 15 each having an opening to each cell are formed in a rotor 13 of a pump chamber 10, and the first communicating holes 15 are collected to an intensive first communicating hole 16. The opening part of the intensive first communicating hole 16 formed in a manner to extend from the rotor 13 to the hollow inner surface of a rotary shaft 7 is communicated with a gas gathering groove 17 formed in a specified peripheral angular position on the outer peripheral surface, making contact with the inner peripheral surface of the rotary shaft 7, of a stationary shaft 9, and the gas gathering groove 17 is communicated with a collective through-hole 18 for removing gas formed in the central part of the stationary shaft 9. The collective through-hole 18 for removing gas is formed in a manner to extend to the hollow part of the rotary shaft 7 is a gas and liquid treating chamber 8 and communicated with a gas discharge groove 20, formed in the whole of the outer peripheral surface of the stationary shaft 9, through a check valve 19. The gas discharge groove 20 is communicated through the hollow inner surface of the rotary shaft 7 with a second communicating hole 22 of the rotary shaft 21.
