To disassemble a plurality of units composing an ink jet head cartridge into individual units.
In a holder 150, through-holes 718 having a spot facing for fitting screw hole parts 715 provided in the bottom of a negative-pressure control chamber unit 100 and a spot facing for embedding the screw heads of screws 710 and 711 are formed in a point A and a point B. The negative-pressure control chamber unit 100 is fixed by screwing the screws 710 and 711 into the screw hole parts 715 through the through-holes 718. In a screw lock plate 720 provided on an ink jet head unit 160, through-holes 716 are made in positions corresponding to screw holes 717 made in C and D points of the holder 150. The ink jet head unit 160 is fixed by screwing screws 712 and 713 into the screw holes 717 through the through-holes 716. The screw-lock plate 720 covers the screw heads of screws 710 and 711.
