Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a structure is complicated because a nozzle cover member different from a nozzle plate is provided so as to cover a peripheral edge portion on a nozzle surface of a nozzle plate.SOLUTION: A nozzle plate 1 formed with a nozzle 4 for discharging droplets is joined to an opening side surface 20a of a frame member 20 storing a channel plate 2, a vibration plate member 3, a piezoelectric actuator 11 and the like. Peripheral edge portions of four sides of the nozzle plate 1 are folded portions 41 folded to oppose to a nozzle surface 1a, and the folded portion 41 covers the peripheral edge portion of the nozzle surface 1a.
