The adhesive 27 contains particles 28 composed of a material having a heat conductivity lower than that of a main adhesive component of the adhesive 27, so that the particles 28 composed of a material having a heat conductivity lower than that of the adhesives 27 intervene between the projection 38 of the diaphragm 3 and the joining part of the piezoelectric element pillar 12a.
