Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which the vibration of a channel substrate is transmitted to a protective substrate being a wall surface of a part of a common liquid chamber, and the vibration is transmitted to the inside of the common liquid chamber, which affects on a discharge speed.SOLUTION: A common liquid chamber 10 is formed by joining a common liquid chamber member 70 to a channel substrate 20 and a protective substrate 50. On an outer face side of the protective substrate 50, a deformation suppression member 60 is provided which is joined in a direction orthogonal to a nozzle arrangement direction to an area corresponding to an individual liquid chamber 6. The deformation suppression member 60 restrains the channel substrate 20, suppressing deflective deformation, which reduces vibration transmission to the common liquid chamber 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
