This water discharge tower 10 is loaded on the fire engine, and the water discharge tower 10 is provided with a ladder main body 11, water sending piping 12 and a monitoring device 13. For the ladder main body 11, four unit ladders are combined in a nested shape. The water sending piping 12 and the monitoring device 13 discharge the fire extinguishing liquid of 10,000-30,000 l/min. The discharge direction of the fire extinguishing liquid is the side of the back surface 19 of the ladder main body 11. The monitoring device 13 discharges the fire extinguishing liquid in the range of an angle θ1 to (θ1+θ2) in the longitudinal direction N of the ladder main body 11.
