PURPOSE: To reduce electric power consumption as well as the weight of a device and miniaturize the device by a method wherein an electromagnet is utilized as a plate bar control mechanism to control correctly the number of operations of pressing/releasing of a plurality of plate bars with respect to the tubes therefore in order to send out liquid into a specified direction.
CONSTITUTION: An electromagnet 14 is magnetized so as to attract a permanent magnet 11 under a condition that a flow path to the left direction is blocked by the permanent magnet 10 and the electromagnet 14 to press a tube 1 and push out the liquid into the right direction. Thereafter, an electromagnet 15 is magnetized so as to attract the permanent magnet 12 to press the tube 1 and prevent the reverse flow of the liquid discharged by said pushing. When the pressing of the tube 1 effected by the permanent magnets 10, 11 by reversing the magnetizing directions of the electromagnets 13, 14 is released, new liquid flows into the tube 1 correspoinding to the permanent magnets 10, 11 from the left direction. By repeating such magnetizing controls, the liquid may be discharged to a predetermined direction and improvement of the accuracy of delivery, reduction of the electric power consumption and weight of the device as well as the miniaturization of the device may be effected.
