Abstract:
PURPOSE: To allow the discharge of an optimum volume of liquid by generating a discharge pressure by the rotation of a rotor and pressing the liquid in a tube to a nozzle side by this discharge pressure.
CONSTITUTION: A nozzle 9 is brought near to a liquid discharge section and a rotor 4 is rotated to generate the discharge pressure in a tube 6. The liquid S is pressed by this discharge pressure to the nozzle 9 side to discharge the liquid S from the nozzle 9. The unnecessary adhesion is prevented without contaminating the circuit board.
