The dispenser for discharging the liquid material while attenuating the liquid material by the process air or controlling the pattern of the liquid material is provided with a manifold having a plurality of process air passages for use to supply the process air to one or a plurality of liquid discharge modules. The pressure of the air sent to the one or the plurality of the modules can be individually controlled so as to differ from the pressure being applied to other modules of the dispenser. Accordingly, the air pressure applied to the modules can be optimized so as to match individual dies.
