Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain an integrated device which can accurately control the volume of a liquid.
CONSTITUTION: The integrated device is provided with a solenoid valve 10, an impeller 4 which is provided with one or more radial exciters composed of permanent magnets, etc., and inserted into a duct B for fluid passage, an external detector 2 which detects the angular positions of the exciters, and a transductor (magnetic amplifier) which is electrically connected to the valve 10 that specially controls the passage of a liquid for cleaning machine. The flow rate of the liquid flowing through the duct B is measured with the detector 2 and, when a prescribed amount of liquid flows, the valve 10 is closed.
