Abstract:
PURPOSE: To uniformly distribute liquid to a filler to be filled in a tower in the tower of a liquid distributor in which liquid and gas counterflow in contact with one another.
CONSTITUTION: A liquid distributor supplies to distribute liquid to be treated from an upper part in a substance and/or heat exchanging tower to an entire sectional part of the tower through distributing tubes. The tubes 3 disposed along an upper sectional surface part have at least one nozzle hole 4 at an upper surface of each tube 3, and a sheetlike base material 5 in contact with the surface of the tube under the holes 4, extended longitudinally of the tube and further mounted at a lower end separately from the tube. The material 5 has rugged cutouts or suspended member at its lower end. The tube has at a lower surface under the nozzle or an upper part of the material 5 in an inclined part down toward the surface of the tube 3 or the material 5 from outlets of the holes 4 axially of the tube through the holes 4.
