Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the noise and power consumption in liquid scraping by curving the blades of a moving vane for sucking the liquid through a suction port and discharging it through a discharge port in the rotating direction, so that the curved protruding side of the blades rotates toward the anti-discharge port side.
SOLUTION: A casing 4 comprises a conical part 1 having a minor diameter in the lower part and a major diameter in the upper part, a suction port 2 provided on the minor diameter side, and a discharge port 3 provided in substantially the tangential direction of the major diameter side. A lid 5 is provided to cover the upper opening of the casing 4, a pump body 6 is formed by the casing 4 and the lid 5, and a motor 8 is arranged on a mount 7 integrated with the pump body 6. The driving shaft 9 of the motor 8 is extended into the pump body 6 through the lid 5, and a moving vane 11 having a plurality of blades 10 is fixed thereto. The blades 10 of the moving vane 11 are curved in the rotating direction, so that the curved protruding side of the blades 10 is rotated toward the anti-discharge port side, whereby the noise in liquid scraping is reduced.
