The liquid-drop discharge head 1 discharging liquid-drops 23 through a nozzle 2 is provided with a flow-passage forming substrate 4 in which a pressure chamber 11 communicated to the nozzle 2 is formed, a driving element 13 arranged at one surface side of the flow-passage forming substrate 4 through a vibrating plate 5 and generating the pressure change in the pressure chamber 11, a flexible substrate 9 electrically connected to the driving element 13, and a reinforcing member 6 reinforcing the strength of the vibrating plate 5. The flexible substrate 9 is arranged covering the driving element 13 and at least a part of the respective vibrating plate 5, the flexible substrate 9 and the reinforcing member 6 are arranged in this order.
