Abstract:
To provide a liquid drop jet head whereby various kinds of micro arrays can be manufactured by utilizing an inkjet method at a low cost over a short period of time, an effective method of manufacturing the liquid drop jet head, an effective method of manufacturing the micro arrays and a device therefor.
This liquid drop jet head comprises a first substrate 20 having a plurality of liquid storage sections 21, a second substrate 30 having a plurality of fluid passages 31 independently communicating with the respective liquid storage sections 21, and one or more head chips 40 having a plurality of nozzles 43b for ejecting liquid drop independently communicating with the respective fluid passages 31.
