In a head, a first return flow path (a flow path from a face brought into contact with a first chamber 21 in the filter 2f to the opening of a joint 2c) to the filter 2f on the upstream side, and a second return flow path B2 (a flow path from an upper face of the filter to the opening of a joint 2b) to the filter on the downstream side, are separately provided. In addition, in the head, an air vent flow path 26a for communicating a partial flow path corresponding between the upstream and downstream filters among the outward flow path with the second return flow path B2, is formed.
