A relative speed difference between a carrying speed of the recording medium and a rotation speed of the rolling roller when the second liquid landed on the recording medium contacts with the rolling roller, is predicted. Then, the second liquid is discharged for the recording medium so that the discharge amount of the second liquid for the area where the predicted relative speed difference is large, becomes greater than those for other areas.
