Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discharge liquid droplets with precision in a liquid droplets discharging device such as an inkjet device.
SOLUTION: Liquid droplets are discharged from the discharging head toward the target position of the substrate, and the path that the liquid droplets should take is surrounded by a laser beam of a cylinder shape. By doing the above, even if the path of the liquid droplets discharged from the discharging head misses the specified track, the liquid droplets are driven back by the laser beam, and can reach the target position on the substrate.
