Abstract:
To provide a liquid ejection device that can stabilize an ejected position and ejection amount with simple structure.SOLUTION: There is provided the liquid ejection device that comprises a liquid ejection head attachably/detachably provided and having: a liquid containing part which can contain liquid and at least a part of which is transparent; and a mark for confirming the mounted condition of the liquid ejection head, the liquid ejection head further comprises an imaging part capable of imaging the mark and the liquid surface of the liquid which is contained in the liquid containing part and is visible through the transparent part of the liquid containing part. The imaging part is arranged in such a manner that it can image both the liquid surface of the liquid and the mark, and it is preferred that the imaging part is adjusted to be focused on either the liquid surface of the liquid or the mark.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3B
