Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and accurately install a stopper member to a resilient stopper part made of rubber.
SOLUTION: This vibration isolating device is composed of an inner cylinder metal piece, an intermediate metal piece 20 in cylindrical shape installed coaxially on the outside of the inner cylinder metal piece apart therefrom, and a resilient member of rubber for coupling the intermediate metal piece 20 with the inner cylinder metal piece, having a recess 33 mating with the opening of the intermediate metal piece 20. A passage forming member 40 to cover the opening with the periphery of the coupling part of the intermediate metal piece 20 is furnished with a circular arc plate extending circumferentially and a reciprocating passage groove provided at the outside surface of the circular arc plate reciprocatingly between its two ends in the circumferential direction. On the rear surface of this plate, a resilient stopper part 61 made of rubber in the form of curved plate is installed consolidatedly by means by vulcanized molding approx. between the two sides across the width in the middle position in the circumferential direction, and a stopper member 62 as a curved plate of resin is coaxially adhered to the inside about the diameteric direction of the stopper part, wherein the adhesion is performed simultaneously with the vulcanized molding of the stopper part 61.
