A liquid extraction nozzle 40 extracts a liquid such as a beverage to a cup C from a discharge port 42 provided on a nozzle body 41 that is disposed in a forward inclined attitude inclined to the inside of the cup C and is formed into a tubular shape. The liquid extraction nozzle includes a cut part 41b penetrating to a liquid passage 41a formed inside, at the upper face of the nozzle body 41 at the discharge port 42 side. This configuration can suppress inflation of air due to surface tension at the discharge port 42, suppress scattering of the beverage due to bursting of air, and prevent contamination at peripheries of the cup C and a vending stage 2.
