Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid-filled vibration isolator enabling a liquid filling operation to be carried out in a convenient manner.SOLUTION: A vibration isolator base substance composed of rubber-elastic body for elastically supporting a cylindrical member against a shaft member forms a first liquid chamber and a second liquid chamber between the shaft member and the cylindrical member. A synthetic resin orifice forming member is installed inside the cylindrical member. At the orifice forming member, a hole part passing through along an axis of the shaft member is opened at an end surface and the cylindrical member is closely contacted with it and a groove part becoming an orifice communicating between the first liquid chamber and the second liquid chamber is formed at an outer peripheral surface. A recess part formed at a corner part made by the end surface and the outer peripheral surface is communicated with the hole part. Immersion of the vibration isolator base substance assembled with the orifice forming member into liquid causes liquid to advance forward from the recess part into the hole part, so that it is possible to cause air bubbles to be hardly left in the liquid chambers through convenient operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
