PURPOSE: To prevent bubbles from generating by a method wherein firstly first filling liquid, which is processed to easily dissolve gas, is filled in an ink droplet jet device so as to dissolve the gas in the device in the first filling liquid and secondly the first filling liquid is displaced from the ink droplet jet device by the second filling liquid, which is prepared by deaerating the first filling liquid at an elevated temperature.
CONSTITUTION: Firstly, first filling liquid stored in a filling liquid tank 22 is filled because of the pressure difference in a displacement amplifying chamber 3, an ink chamber 5 and an air chamber 10, all of which are in the state of reduced pressure, by selecting a selector 23 so as to communicate the filling liquid tank 22 with an ink droplet jet device 1. Secondly, after filled the ink droplet jet device, the first filling liquid is left as it is in order to dissolve the gas left in the device in the filling liquid. Thirdly, after the filling liquid is processed to deaerate at the state being heated up to a temperature higher than the temperature of the ink droplet jet device 1, the resultant filling liquid or second filling liquid is housed in the filling liquid tank 22. Fourthly, the ink droplet jet device 1 and the filling liquid tank 22 are communicated with each other by means of the selector 23 so as to flow the second filling liquid in the ink droplet jet device 1 in order to displace the first filling liquid from the device 1 by discharging the first filling liquid outside through second solenoid valves 17.
