Abstract:
To provide a liquid filling system capable of performing from a small amount filling to a large amount filling for every filling portion, and setting a different filling amount.SOLUTION: In a liquid filling system 1, a stock solution is sucked from a stock solution tank 2 by a feeding pump 3, and the sucked stock solution is distributed to filling parts 5 in branching part units 4 so as to be filled into respective container S through the respective filling parts 5. A storage tank 15 temporally storing the stock solution and a pressurizing pump 6 pressurizing and feeding the stock solution when filling are provided between the feeding pump 3 and the branching part units 4. The branching part units 4 are connected to the storage tank 15 via a relief valve 7, and surplus stock solution is returned to the storage tank 15. Each of the filling parts 5 has a flow meter 5a, an electromagnetic on-off valve 5b and a liquid filling nozzle 5c. Filling by the respective filling parts 5 is controlled by filling control means 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
