Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a burner capable of reducing combustion noise without exerting a bad effect on combustion or the like.
CONSTITUTION: A flow straightening board 21 is newly installed to a combined current side of a mixing board 9 which is located at the outlet of a vaporization chamber 1. The diameter of holes bored on the flow straightening board 21 is smaller than that of holes boarded on the mixing board 9. Meshes or punching metals are suitable to the flow straightening board 21. When the mixed air of gasified fuel and combustion air pass through the mixing board having some tens of relatively large holes, a large turbulent flow existing in the flow is straightened. Then, a small turbulent flow is further straightened when the mixed flow passes through the small holes bored-flow straightening 21. It is, therefore, possible to reduce a low frequency component and lower combustion noise as well.
