Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a burner excellent in safety and maintainability by lntegratedly storing in a cooling water pipe a fuel feed pipe and an oxidizing agent feed pipe which are individually arranged in a separate manner from each other relative to the axis of the burner, and arranging a flame extinguisher on a downstream end part of the oxidizing agent feed pipe.
SOLUTION: A fuel feed pipe 101 and an oxidizing agent feed pipe 102 are arranged separate from each other relative to the center axis of a burner and in an opposite manner to each other, and connected to a nozzle body 110 at a forward end part on the downstream side of the burner, and integratedly stored in a cooling water pipe 103. A flame extinguisher 120 is installed on a downstream end of the oxidizing agent feed pipe 102. The oxidizing agent to be sprayed from an oxidizing agent spray nozzle 119 is collided with the fuel to be sprayed from a fuel spray nozzle 118. The cooling water is fed to a cooling water header 107, and fed to a burner tip part from a cooling water feed pipe 104 reaching the burner tip part. The cooling water cools an outer circumferential surface of the tip of a spray plate 112, passes through a cooling water return flow passage 121 and cools the fuel feed pipe 101 and the oxidizing agent feed pipe 102.
