Abstract:

To provide liquid fuel improving catalyst capable of improving liquid fuel around catalyst into liquid fuel having excellent combustion efficiency by turning it into negative ions to improve output and fuel economy of an internal combustion engine and reducing particulate matter in exhaust gas and to provide a liquid fuel improving device storing the catalyst.

This liquid fuel improving catalyst is constituted by mixing powderlike raw materials made of tourmaline, far infrared radiation generating substance, alumina, and a binder, respectively, forming them into particles, and baking them.
