Abstract:
To optimize a motor for driving a pump of a liquid fuel supply device and a connection shaft located in between the pump and the motor and serving as means for transmitting rotational force of the motor to the pump to significantly reduce operation sound and concurrently simplify a vibration control structure to provide an inexpensive liquid fuel supply device.SOLUTION: A liquid fuel supply device includes: a fuel tank 1 which temporarily stores a liquid fuel; a pump 3 for introducing the liquid fuel into the fuel tank 1 from the outside; a motor 5 for driving the pump 3; and a connection shaft 7 located in between the pump 3 and the motor 5 and serving as means which transmits rotational force of the motor 5 to the pump 3. The motor 5 does not have a vibration control structure and is directly fixed to a lid 30 with a screw 33. The connection shaft 7 is formed by combining a member having flexibility with a member having rigidity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
