To provide a liquid granulater, and its fabricating method, suitable for enhancing the energy efficiency when a specified liquid e.g. ink, is granulated and flown by using a sound collector and for oscillating the sound collector stably.

The liquid granulater comprises the sound collector 10, an oscillating wave supply section 11, a liquid chamber 12, a supporting part 13, a nozzle plate 14, and a nozzle 15. The sound collector 10 is supported, at the joint thereof, by the supporting part 13 and an ultrasonic wave is supplied from the oscillating wave supply section 11 to the sound collector 10. The ultrasonic wave is converged and the energy of the converged ultrasonic wave is utilized for crashing, granulating and flying the ink liquid in the liquid chamber 12.
